We didn’t stay at the Hamilton Princess resort but ate at their waterfront restaurant, 1609, which was absolutely stellar. Everything we tried was delicious and well prepared. The modern, bright, open air dining room was gorgeous and relaxing, while offering great views all around. And the service was impeccable - attentive yet non-obtrusive. Our server, Sumit, was amazing! He definitely went above and beyond, as if he could read our minds. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
Where do I start?! This was our first time in Bermuda and choose the Princess Hamilton and we were thrilled that we did! My husband and I choose the Gold level (the ONLY way to stay) - we were treated like family! The absolute best service by the most genuine and friendly people that we have ever experience at a resort! They get to know you personally as they learn what you like for breakfast and how you like your coffee (the details). The gentlemen and the Manager and Asst Manager were so very friendly and very gracious as was the entire Concierge Staff (the girls were so precious - I truly wanted to bring them home with me) when our first grandchild arrived in the States while we were there and genuinely were so excited for us and helped us to celebrate it!! The little things like that mean so very much to a guest! AND the precious lady, Lisa who keep our room (which is a whole other story with the panoramic view!!) spotless and was so accommodating! And the restaurant, Intrepid, was THE VERY BEST - the outdoor seating with the sunset view, the food, the service (Ashley was absolutely the best) - amazing! We will be back - and hope the same wonderful people are there!! The heated infinity pool is great!! And the private beach is beautiful and the food/drink service while you lay under your umbrella with a gorgeous view of the water is priceless! And the location of the hotel is perfect to walk around in Hamilton for shopping and restaurants and to the ferry terminal. Bermuda is a great vacation!
Beautiful luxury hotel walkable to downtown Hamilton. Frequent shuttle service to beach club. Incredible staff-guest ratio. Fairmont Gold Category offers access to Gold Lounge. Harbor view rooms are worth the $$. Beautifully manicured lawns and walk ways. The Intrepid Restaurant is 5 Star quality. Reservations in advance are recommended. 1609 Restaurant offers solid American Cuisine and unobstructed floor to ceiling views over the water. Highly recommend this resort for business meetings and conferences. Hal Browne and his team seamlessly execute all aspects of corporate events and quickly pivot to execute unexpected changes and requests. From large groups to the newly-added conference rooms for medium/smaller groups, there are lots of options to choose from.
Beautiful property in a great location. The only thing better are the employees. So kind, friendly and helpful. We were able to spend spend some time with Adam, an amazing bartender that took the time to explain the origins of many drinks and cocktails. We will definitely return to this beautiful place.
I have not stayed at Hamilton Princess since they renovated. I have to say that the room was immaculate and spacious! We had a balcony with a garden/pool view, and it was very relaxing and magical. The room service was excellent and the service 5 stars! I hope to be able to stay again soon!
