My three friends and myself had a day pass at the resort in June! The beaches were uncrowned and beautiful! The entire resort was beautiful! Gina and Asha were so accommodating and very pleasant! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here! Thanks for the ride Gina back to the dockyard!
I stayed here for a week and it was a fabulous stay visiting friends and family. Its a hidden gem close to Dockyard and Horseshoe beach like 10 min. The bus stops right outside and its very quiet at night! The staff was friendly, focused, and made the check in process a breeze. Book directly with them, not Expedia, if you want more options like a bigger room.I loved the oceanfront views and the free breakfast option. I hope to return again here at Willow bank!
My family and I loved our stay at Willowbank Resort! I cannot recommend this resort enough! It was a our first time in Bermuda and we will be back, we really loved the staff and tranquility of this resort. We felt welcomed and everyone who worked at the resort was very friendly.
3 weeks in Bermuda and the room location was close the reception/front office. Convenient to food/on site restaurant..fun people everywhere. Can't wait to go back
The remote location is for better and worst. Transiting to the touristic areas will require a fair amount of effort between the buses and difficulty getting a taxi in Somerset. Somerset village is very quiet and the food options are quite limited. On the plus side, there is a decent gym, the pool is okay (no view of the ocean) and the view from the restaurant is stunning. That same location allows star gazing at night, what a Delight. On the other side, the rooms are on the older side, ours has a leak, room service doesn’t come everyday and the breakfast is bare bones. The staff made us feel welcome most of the time, one day it seemed that everybody was on edge while they were very nice the rest of the time. I don’t get it. I’d suggest staying somewhere else in general if the price is similar
