Didn't stay here, but dropped off a friend who came to visit. Apartment looks nice alright, location close to town but views are so so. We were told by our friend that the internet doesn't work properly. Also, not to impressed by the owner, who kinda rudely asked us/wanted to make sure that we were not there to stay over with our friend in the apartment. So can understand previous comments about her not being too flexible. Friendly enough in a chat after that, but maybe she had a bad experience with tenants before. Comes with the job I'd say, but don't let it ruin other guests' time on the island!

Welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. Easy to commute to downtown. Free internet access. Specious rooms with private bathroom. The AC was working perfect. The owner helped me to order food. She introduced me a couple of nice food delivery options. She was also willing to arrange cab whenever I needed.

I was in Bermuda from 6/15 to 6/23. My friends and I went to Bermuda for the carnival and this was our first time on the island. I decided to stay a little longer than my friends to relax and enjoy some me time, therefore I booked a one bedroom apartment at Windsong Guest Apartments from 6/20 to 6/23. My cousin had issues with her flight and had to leave on 6/21 instead of 6/20. This was something last minute. Upon arrival the owner of the apartment was EXTREMELY rude when she found out that my cousin was staying one day with me. I told her I understand why she is upset but I am willing to pay extra for her since she was not originally on the reservation. She was raising her voice at me and I had to ask her several times to not raise her voice and then she proceeded to make a racist remark stating "I know your kind" which she repeated several times. I did not feel comfortable staying there, therefore I checked out that same day and stayed at Sandpiper Guests Apartments where I had a WONDERFUL experience. As soon as I returned home I filed a complaint with Expedia and contacted my credit card company to receive a full refund. I travel frequently and have NEVER had such a horrible experience.

Horribly rude owner. We had a room and had two friends stop by for a drink being quite and respecting other neighbors but had the owner continually knocking and harrasing our party about trespassing and having to leave the property when it states guest are allowed till 10pm. Extremely rude and inflexible lady that will ruin your experience. don’t recommend

the house was under renovation however the owner provided the house with separate entrance. the owner was good and friendly. she doesn't like any changes in the house may be thats the reason other guests doesn't like her behavior.
